Martin & Louise
Back in June we had the privilege of photographing the wedding of Martin and Louise Ashton in Todmorden. Despite the extremely changeable weather (a feature of 2009) we took some lovely images and are now in the middle of putting together a fantastic album for them.Louise looked stunning in an Ian Stewart dress from 'Gypsophila' in Rawtenstall and flowers from 'Sunflowers' in Halifax.
The wedding ceremony took place at St. Mary's church in Todmorden followed by a reception on the grounds of the Top Brink restaurant where Martin is joint landlord along with his brother.
The views around the Top Brink of Stoodley Pike and the rolling hills under the grey sky were spectacular.

Luo Hang
July:
I met Luo Hang at Salford University about three years ago while he was Studying logistic solutions here in the UK. He was such a nice guy we quickly became friends.
He returned home to Beijing about ten months ago but hopped back to England this July with his mother to collect his diploma. He achieved a Master of Science (MSC) distinction. I've never seen a mum so proud.
He asked me if I'd come down and take a few photographs. Of course I would!
Luo Hang and his freinds have patiently taught me some Chinese grammar, but his English is still far better than my Chinese. He says; "That was a great day!! The photo you send me are so excellent. they're just wonderful! The ceremony day is too short so wish one day we could meet in Beijing."
